Unplugged day
We will receive you at home with a full breakfast with our own made bread and true to local recipes jam. We will set sail in our boat towards Paraná de las Palmas river. Enjoying through sub tropical landscape on narrow streams and wide rivers of the Delta’s second section, we will anchor in a stream surrounded by nature to taste a variety of appetizers prepared on board by Ralph. We will return home through different rivers to have tea with a tasty. Swiss pudding or homemade ice creams, depending on the weather.

Our Home
To get to our home is easy; and it will make you feel in a special place.
We live in a place with a long history where one of the most important lodgings in the Delta Recreo Paglietini (1880-1975 approximately). We have refurbished it, keeping its big earth oven, where Ralph cooks his homemade bread, meats and other delicious foods. Our cottage combines a typical "delta" home with something of the Swiss Alps.

Ralph (Swiss) is a chef and a nutritionist. He speaks German, English and Spanish.
He travelled the world cooking for the crews at Suisse Atlantique commercial vessels. He had different positions within the gastronomic world. He was the Chef Executive in La Alumbrera; developed the curricula for the Chef qualification in the Escuela Superior de Hotelería; he was Sous chef in Trois Mousquetaires a boutique restaurant in Geneva.
Nowadays, alongside Ana, he runs his own enterprise Delta-unplugged.

Ana (Argentinean) has a degree in Tourism. She speaks English and Spanish.
She lived in Esquel (Patagonia) and in Vigo, Spain. She was the Executive PA for a major company in Buenos Aires; then she worked in a travel agency and now, alongside Ralph, she cares for Delta-unplugged's guests.
